Reissue History of The Fabulous Johnny Cash:
1. Stereo edition released on CD as part of Bear Family Record's "The Man in Black 1954-1958" (BCD 15517).
2. Reissued on CD by Sony Music on their Collectors Series Country sub-label in the early 1990s (WK 75024).
3. Reissued on CD in March of 2002 by Columbia/Legacy in celebration of Johnny Cash's 70th Birthday (CK 86333). This edition included six bonus tracks, two of which were previously unreleased anywhere; 1. Oh, What a Dream (Previously unreleased alternate take - the very first take of Johnny Cash's first Columbia recording session), 2. Mama's Baby (Originally released on "The Unissued Johnny Cash" (BFX 15016)/"The Man in Black 1954-1958" (BCD 15517)), 3. Fool's Hall of Fame (Originally released on "The Unissued Johnny Cash" (BFX 15016)/"The Man in Black 1954-1958" (BCD 15517)), 4. I'll Remember You (Previously unreleased alternate recording), 5. Cold Shoulder (Originally released on "The Unissued Johnny Cash"/"The Man in Black 1954-1958" (BCD 15517)), 6. Walking the Blues (Originally released on "The Unissued Johnny Cash" (BFX 15016)/"The Man in Black 1954-1958" (BCD 15517)).
4. Mono LP (CL-1253) reissued by Columbia/Legacy in November 2012 for Record Store Day. Limited to 3,000 copies, which all came in replicas of the original sleeve.
5. The original mono-mix reissued on CD by Columbia/Legacy in December 2012 on "The Complete Columbia Album Collection". The CD comes in a miniature replica of the original album artwork.
